Who designs and builds the programming?

Dave Handcock designs and builds all of the Hybrid Programming. Dave is a Strength & Conditioning Specialist that has trained and built programs for Professional and Amateur Rugby Players, Members of the Armed Forces, Ultra-Endurance Athletes and Elite Individuals.

Do I have to be an elite individual or a high-level athlete?

No, you do not need to be an elite individual or a high-level athlete to receive our programming. We all must learn to walk before we can run. We program for everybody and we can adapt and program to suit different people’s capabilities, time constraints, work commitments and lifestyles. Through our programming, we can assist you in becoming an elite individual or a high-level athlete. All that we ask is that you show commitment to the program and to the process to ensure you get the desired results. We want you to succeed. We want you to be better.

Will I have access to a coach?

Yes, upon receiving your Hybrid Program you will have full access to Dave via Email and Social Media platforms. Weekly and Monthly check-ins are encouraged. Any questions you may have will be answered and you will be guided through the whole process of the program.
