This program is not a Fad Diet. It will pave the way and provide you with a genuine, realistic, long term solution to your eating habits. Nutrition does not need to be complicated nor does it need to be boring. Once understood, it can be quite simple. Proper education is so important. This program will not only educate you but will help you meet all of your desired goals.
YOU MUST EAT WHAT YOUR BODY IS DESIGNED TO EAT
You must eat to perform and eat to function. You are a well oiled machine and you must fuel the machine. A machine needs the right fuel to perform optimally.
Let us remove the words ‘diet’ and ‘food’ from your vocabulary and replace it with ‘fuel’. It is essential that you make things simple, simple to understand and simple to follow. Every time you go to eat something, question it. Ask yourself; is it healthy, will this help me achieve my goals, will it provide me with the nutrients that i need to perform. If yes, eat it. If not, don’t, save it for a cheat meal.
