FULL SESSIONS

The following FULL SESSIONS are a collection full training sessions that are carried out by the individuals as part of their personal coaching at the HYBRID FITNESS & PERFORMANCE training facility.

‘Dynamic Warm Up’

Then:

  • 30/30 Ski Erg x 3
  • 30/30 Row x 3
  • Work Up To 10 RM on the Bench Press

Then:

  • 3 Rounds:
    • Bench Press x 10 (10RM)
    • ISO Chin Hold (10-20 secs)
    • Row x 90 secs
    • Rest x 90 secs

Then:

  • 3 Rounds:
    • 10 x Manmakers
    • Bear Crawl Row (20 Kg) x 50Ft
    • Ski Erg x 90 secs
    • Rest x 90 secs
