‘Dynamic Warm Up’

Then:

30/30 Ski Erg x 3

30/30 Row x 3

Work Up To 10 RM on the Bench Press

Then:

3 Rounds:

Bench Press x 10 (10RM)

ISO Chin Hold (10-20 secs)

Row x 90 secs

Rest x 90 secs

Then:

3 Rounds:

10 x Manmakers

Bear Crawl Row (20 Kg) x 50Ft

Ski Erg x 90 secs

Rest x 90 secs
