WHAT IS HYBRID PERSONAL TRAINING?
Hybrid Personal Training is the Private Personal Strength & Conditioning Training Program available at Hybrid Fitness & Performance. It is a goal oriented program that is specific to the individuals needs and flexible to their schedule.
The personal service includes goal oriented training sessions, mobility work and diet and recovery assistance. As well as the gym based training sessions, you will also be provided with a custom catered nutritional plan.
WHAT TRAINING WILL BE COVERED IN THE PERSONAL SESSIONS?
Functional training is quite the buzzword in the fitness industry and often misunderstood and misrepresented. Functional training must be transferable to the task at hand. You need to first establish goals and then you must train for a purpose. Your functional training, the way your sessions will be structured will all be specifically goal oriented.
Training for aesthetic purposes is important. We all want to look good. However, building real, genuine functional horsepower and work capacity is far more important. Appearances can be deceiving. You must not be the person who is all show and no go. You must be able to use your fitness.
The training you will be exposed to during these sessions will stand to you. They will simply make you better, looking better, feeling better. You will be transformed from the inside out. You will be empowered.
