PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is specific to you, the individual. It is specifically scheduled, directed and taught specific to your goals and time constraints.

GROUP TRAINING

Group Training sessions are geared towards general physical preparedness, functional movement patterns, further increasing existing physical and mental conditioning levels, building a more functionally fit, mobile, strong body and character. Group sessions are capped at 8 people per session.
