A Hybrid Training Package contains 5 Personal Training Sessions, a 12 Week Training Program specifically designed and catered to your needs and training environment, a Full Specific Nutritional Plan & Manual designed to fuel your lifestyle, shred body fat and boost your metabolism and immune system.

Group Training


Group Training sessions are geared towards general physical preparedness, functional movement patterns, further increasing existing physical and mental conditioning levels. Build a more functionally fit, mobile, strong body and character. Group sessions are capped at 8 people per session.
