Attitude is everything. Your attitude and approach to tasks dictates your result. If you are not happy with the result, your attitude is responsible and therefore you must change your mind set.
You, and only you are 100% responsible for your own actions. It is not somebody else’s fault. We live in a world that many people have a victim complex. It is far easier to blame something or somebody else for your failings when in actual fact, you, and only you are the problem. Taking ownership can be a difficult thing but it is also a beautiful and extremely rewarding thing.
If something or someone is getting in the way of you achieving your goals, then you must take ownership, responsibility and change it. If you keep doing the things and approaching things the way you always do, you are going to get the exact same result you always got.
WHEN YOU POINT THE FINGER OF BLAME, THERE ARE THREE FINGERS POINTING RIGHT BACK AT YOU.
With regard to training, the training you do is going to be the consequence of your attitude. Your attitude is the foundation for your training success. Without it, nothing beneficial will come from it.
It is important that you really want to be doing what you’re doing, to be where you are. Beware what you wish for. If you can’t tune in and if you don’t want to work hard, do not bother showing up on the day.
GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS IS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME.
Nothing can be gained by doing one thing with your body and another with your mind. The body follows where the mind goes. This is Attitude.
A bad attitude is detrimental to focus. It will prevent you from realising your desires and from achieving your goals. Adjusting your attitude is absolutely essential. A good attitude will energise you to conceive your goals and achieve them.
If you have reached rock bottom, fear not. For you can use personal torment and failure to inspire great efforts. You just have to rise up and focus your mind. By using this to your advantage, it will lead you to an abundance of creativity and initiative. This will lead to motivation. I assure you that any motivating state of mind will produce astonishing achievement and action.
Consequently, you must BUILD on this and building requires commitment. Saying you have commitment counts for nothing. You either have it or you don’t. Talk is meaningless without action. Talk is delusional and it will lead you to believing in your own bullshit. This is what got you into this mess in the first place. The uncommitted are relentless talkers. They are drunk on it. They stumble, fall and blame somebody else for their failings.
Only through hardship, stress and stepping out of your comfort zone and into the fire will clarify commitment. If you are committed, you will relish difficult tasks and intensity. You will want to be driven to your knees. As a result, you have a simple choice; you can either live on your knees or die on your feet. Nothing is given, everything is earned. The greater the challenge, the greater the reward.
Just be willing to go deep. The rewards will be many. They will be fulfilling. You will reap what you sow and you will get what you deserve.
YOUR INPUT EQUALS YOUR OUTPUT.
